With over 15 years kitchen experience, Todd can prepare some of the best food you've ever had, regardless of how exotic your tastes, and he does it all with fresh local products. His roots lie in southern cooking that he learned from his Grandmother. Todd is excellent with fresh, sustainable fish, as was noted in Cincinnati magazine as one of the best places to get great fish. He has an array of beef knowledge, from his time invested in sourcing and raising his own cattle at Webb Valley Farm.  His grass-fed steaks are very popular, due to the complex flavor of the heritage beef he raises.
